Currently (. etc) is not currently rendered as (∘ etc). Adding an entry in "Haskell Font Lock Symbols Alist" in customization with the entry as "(." "(∘" does not give me the expected result.

In this case . is not recognized as a token, careful use of #724 (when it is ready) would solve this issue.
