Yes, you can set motion notification on camera's inside motionEye, let is call an automation webhook in Home Assistant. https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/automation/trigger#webhook-trigger Once it comes in as an automation, it is really up to you how you use it. E.g., make a sensor using an input helper, or maybe trigger something else. |

I have Home Assistant running on ProxMox, and I have MotionEye inside my Home Assistant - works well.
But, what would be perfect would be to have the MotionEye Motion Detection act as a sensor inside Home Assistant, so I can act on it...
One use case for me would be to turn a light on when motion is detected in my office, so I wont trip over the crap on the floor in the middle of the night!
