RULES

All the repositories in this organization are expected to follow these rules:

  1. README.md file will contain the sections listed in the .github/template_readme.md file.
  2. Repository , at least , will classify itself as "havelsan" topic. (https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/classifying-your-repository-with-topics)
  3. Repositories will not contain "non-open-source" code. (You can not commit any non-open-source code which is found in the local servers of Havelsan).
