Currently, the notification service relies on Knock, while Novu is a more flexible and open source alternative.

Describe the solution you’d like
Integrate Novu as a notification service and write migrations docs to switch Novu.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Novu stands out due to its open-source nature and extensive support for various notification channels.
