Script fails to connect to the server for gmail emails and other domain ids.

Without modifying anything in the code, it was verifying gmail addresses till yesterday but now it does not and says connection to the server failed. What could possibly be the reason of all of a sudden failing of script? I am using Wamp to run the script.
Another question: It was not checking other domains emails like webart.pk emails. any suggested solution for that?

I just checked my ip is listed in 2 blacklists. It might be the reason. But I am not sure when it was working, why it did not check other domain ids like of webart.pk

I believe you have some blacklisting issue, you have to have your mail server configured correctly in order to avoid being blocked. See http://curlybrac.es/2016/07/27/how-to-configure-a-mail-server/

@hbattat I have my personal mail server created using Mail-in-a-box. It has everything setup correctly.
So, if I use this method, to verify emails of gmail, yahoo or top providers, is there any chance I will get blacklisted? (I won't be checking more than 200/day)
