SVG export fails

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any figure
2. Export file as
3. select SVG option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get an error message: 

  Failed to save temporary tex file to: TE_export635565188840025854.tex
  Export cancelled

I am able to save as jpeg etc ... currently I am exporting as PDF and 
converting that using inkscape.

For compilation problems: What is the error pdflatex reports? You find the
latex output in the textbox at the bottom of the TikzEdt main window. (You
can switch between Status/Latex output/Error list.)


What operating system and Latex distribution (Miktex/Texlive) are you
using?

Windows + Miktex
