It seems that there are some missing files.

RuntimeError: Error in faiss::FileIOReader::FileIOReader(const char*) at /project/faiss/faiss/impl/io.cpp:68: Error: 'f' failed: could not open ./embeddings/carpet/index.faiss for reading: No such file or directory
