For Alpha 1:

You are allowed to view the informations accessable by your added API keys.

For Alpha 2 and later:

This definition is still work in progress:
Our permission system will allow you to share your (or your corps information if you have a privileged API key for it) informations with your corp, your alliance or definied system accounts. If you loose your permissions to view an information, in example delete the API key, your shared will be deleted also.
