Create a release for the latest changes. Specifically PR #36.

I feel like the command line interface for Morphology_main.py is stable now.
I would like to suggest we create a release with version 1.0.0.

@megbalk @thibaulttabarin Any objection to me creating version 1.0.0?
The reason for jumping to version 1 is following Semantic Versioning rule 0.
Basically the idea is with major version 1 users can expect minor and patch version changes to be backwards compatible.
With major version 0 there are no such guarantees about minor and patch version changes.
