scoop 安装问题

1. 官网上是scoop安装脚本错误
   应该是
   scoop install "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/he3-app/he3-scoop/main/bucket/he3.json"

而不是
scoop install "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/he3-app/he3-scoop/main/he3.json"

2. scoop安装脚本里提供的hash值有误
