Cert Manager is a widely used project and Kubernetes users could benefit from having a Cert Manager plugin for Headlamp.
We could use the following plugin from Virginia Tech as a base: https://code.vt.edu/it-common-platform/platform-support/headlamp-plugins/cert-manager
