Tags component should show display value instead of the tag name

Please describe the problem.
Currently, the tags component shows the tags on the page by their names rather than their display values, which seems contrary to the purpose of having a display value in the first place.

Display the display values for the tags instead of their names.

This looks like it is still an issue in the latest Themeclean-flex code. The Page editor still shows the tag name rather than the Display Value. In the case of the following screenshot the tag name is test1 and display value should be "Test Tag 1".

Ah, I see. The display name shows correctly in the tags component, but it still doesn't show in the tags dialog.

This might be a Peregrine issue not a themeclean flex issue. Initial issue in this ticket was solved but secondary issue of display name consistency is still present.
