Validate we can easily add Logging to OCI integration and write a short guide.

The idea is that logs from helidon application should be sent to OCI logging service.

Helidon specific integration with OCI is discontinued. All integration should be done through OCI SDK.

With that change, it would make sense to explore if we can provide some config and integration such that Helidon framework as well as App generated logs are directly pushed to OCI Logging service. Just like, we are doing for Metrics.
