Please Fix The File Permissions #118

Hello,

I reported this around 2 years ago, and I see you still have incorrect file permissions in Viewnior-viewnior-1.8.tar.gz.

Please respect Unix/Linux file permissions, you have many files listed as executables when they should be 0644.

I hope you willl please correct this and have all the files in your source with their proper permissions.
