implement push notifications

we had three types of notifications :

• buttons of interest creation (you receive an alert when a person creates a button of your interest in your radius of action). Within the net you choose, and the type (offer/need) if it's required
• direct messages received (in the buttons that you take part of). This would include a receive notifications settings in user pref, for: group or individual conversation & pushed or owned buttons condition.
• a transfered button to you

Yes! I meant tthat, just to differenciate the funcitionality from normal notifications that appear on the front. But there are also email notifications so maybe all go in this issue

I think this has a lot to do with redux.. and how you will fetch data from the backend. I dont have much knowledge about..
very little bit about observables.. if u want i can research on it.
