feature: where do you start? add to homeinfo screen

add "where do you start?" to the screen in the homeinfo if its enabled for this network.

This is a search area, that is related to the search area in the explore page. It make sense to let the user to configure both the explore search and the homeinfo field. ie. instead of including where? and a search place field, it includes what? and a tag search field. Or it includes also a when? and date related field. For now it can be where? but just keeping an eye that is a basic search area
