Upload to maven central

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

c5-db-migration is easily usable with a simple maven dependency without the 
need to specify an additional repository in the pom.

Please provide any additional information below.

That code deserves to be on maven central :-)

You can upload your artifacts to Sonatype OSS repository, which gets sync to 
maven central (see: 
https://docs.sonatype.org/display/Repository/Sonatype+OSS+Maven+Repository+Usage
+Guide).

Another option (albeit not the preferred one) is that I upload it as a 
3rd-party jar (see 
https://docs.sonatype.org/display/Repository/Uploading+3rd-party+Artifacts+to+Th
e+Central+Repository).
