Needs fixed in localized file? Is this a LOC_INT file, but the fix is not specific to english?
Short answer is no, but needs verifying.
I've listened to the audio in the localised ISBs for this line and the M/F lines sound the same, but since I don't speak those languages I can't verify this is definitely the case.
Export ID/TLK Str Ref:
StrRef 140786
Description of fix:
Reply Node 7 / String 140786 is mismatched for FemShep, as Jennifer Hale's reading of the line differs to Mark Meer's.
MShep's matches the existing subtitle, which is: "In that case, you're free to go. But if I find you in any slavery operations, I'll take you down without hesitation."
However FShep's line is: "In that case, you're free to go. But if I find you in any slavery operations, I will not hesitate to cut you out."
This can be fixed by simply updating the string in the female TLK
