Add capabilities to edit server name

There seem no easy way to edit the server name entry, currently I find that you can edit it directly by entering PocketBase dashboard and select system collections, but this is of course is not intuitive.

I think there should be edit button to edit the server name. The popup could be similar to the oen used to add server.

This has been on my list for a while so I'll try to add it in the next release or two.
