Write up documentation for adding a backend tool (similar to FPTaylor), and test-run it with Nick's GPU-FPX integration.

First draft complete, meeting with Nick today (11/7) at 11:30 AM PST/12:30 PM PST

Test-ran with Nick yesterday (11/12), went smoothly and got Nick set up with integrating GPU-FPX as a backend tool.
