Input ranges don't propagate errors to components that embed them #216

The architecture for the input ranges is not good. We need to pass errors upward so parent components can respond to error states by disabling buttons. Mainly this affects the SpecComponent and InputRangeEditor1.

Probably will only happen post-SC.
