First of all, I just want to say that I would love to make this work if it's possible!
I wasn't able to test the Magic Highlighter in many languages, so I was careful to avoid listing it in the App Store as supporting any other languages other than English (even though I had suspected it might work in a wide variety of languages, which it does).
I would commit to fixing this (if I knew a fix was possible), but I'm not sure how soon I'd be able to prioritize this work, and even if I had a potential fix I wouldn't know how to test it because I don't know Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
Outside of issuing refunds (which I'm not sure is even possible to do outside of the App Store's built-in refund process), I'm not sure what I can offer here besides my commitment to look at this as soon as I work through some of the other more actionable feedback.
Thank you for your reply! I'm happy with the app the way it is now. It's very useful for my everyday work. It would be even better if this could be address in a future update.
I hope you will be able to solve this one day! (Not being a developer myself I'm afraid I won't be of much help.)
