Is The Magic Highlighter available for other browsers?
Not yet!
For now we are 100% focused on the the Safari web browser, thanks to its cross-platform Safari Extensions which run on the phone (iPhone), tablet (iPad), and desktop (Mac). To our knowledge, Safari is the first browser to offer support for browser extensions on mobile devices. If you know of other browsers that provide support for cross-platform browser extensions, please let us know!
But we've now received two requests for Firefox support – one of which clarified that Firefox does support extensionsAdd-Ons on Android – so we're going to open this issue to see how much interest there is. If it gets enough likes and/or comments, we might be able to justify the effort to bring The Magic Highlighter to Firefox.
