Flickering Issue in HERE Map on Android Devices (e.g., Android TCL 9138S, Device 33)

I am encountering an issue with the HERE Maps SDK on several Android devices, specifically the TCL 9138S and Device 33. The issue involves flickering or stuttering when the map is displayed. This behavior occurs intermittently and significantly impacts the user experience.

Steps to reproduce:

Launch the HERE Map on an affected device (e.g., TCL 9138S, Device 33).
Zoom in or interact with the map.
Observe the flickering issue on the map.
Expected behavior: The map should render smoothly without any flickering or stuttering.

Actual behavior: The map flickers or stutters during interactions, especially when zooming or panning.

Affected devices:

TCL 9138S
Android 33, RAM 3

PS: MAPBOX had the same problem, it was fixed
mapbox/mapbox-maps-android#2479
mapbox/mapbox-maps-android#2390

HERE SDK version: heresdk-navigate-android-4.19.3.0.126240.aar

Hi @odilbekrustamov , the issue was fixed in version 4.21.2.0.

Kindly use HERESDK version 4.21.2.0.
