Strange logs possibly caused by this buildpack?

My production app is all-of-the-sudden full of logs like those shown below. I also opened a support ticket if that's helpful.

Hi @swrobel I just got the same logs. Did you already found out what the problem was?

Me too. Getting them frequently in the last two days. Not seen before.

@maartenesser @anitagraham Heroku claimed they were related to this incident and since I haven't seen those messages since, I assumed they were right. I would recommend you open a support ticket to get them to investigate.
