My production app is all-of-the-sudden full of logs like those shown below. I also opened a support ticket if that's helpful.

@maartenesser@anitagraham Heroku claimed they were related to this incident and since I haven't seen those messages since, I assumed they were right. I would recommend you open a support ticket to get them to investigate.
