toggle button active animation is unrealistic

so when you hold down a click on a toggle button, the little circle inside it widens, which breaks the spirit of the component

the toggle is based on real world toggle buttons which don't stretch

could someone let me know the simplest way to override this animation?

I think you are talking about Switch component. You can set disableAnimation to true in this case.
