i got nearly issue!
i trid to use nodejs 14 replace nodejs 16.
and it's worked.
but i used system is windows WSL ubuntu.
maybe you can try!

把npm的版本升级到最新版，也就是8.1.0，再试试
npm install -g npm
同时建议直接使用node 16，2021年10月26日开始，node 16将会成为LTS版本
