目前遇到的问题/使用障碍

目前archery 已经支持了若干种消息通知的功能，企业微信，飞书，但是各企业的要求都有可能不一样，有的甚至还有自己的IM，还有可能有一些自动的外挂程序。

如果有一个archery自己定义的事件，把事件对外发送到webhook，由webhook 自己来实现做什么，发消息，自动处理，都可以。这样会给archry 项目本身减轻一些负担。

希望如何解决/实现它

实现一个对外发送webhook 的机制，可以在工单，审核的关键节点加上webhook，有需要的就可以自己来实现一些自己的逻辑，比如调用其他平台的接口，自动审查，等等。

其他信息

有点类似GitHub之类的webhook
