优化 koolshare 下载链接 #134

单独使用 SmartDNS 加 ChinaDNS-NG 的组合会使用到 ss_tproxy

Github 早已经遭到 sni 探测阻断，在不使用特定手段的情况下很难顺利从 raw.githubusercontent.com 下载到 koolshare 列表。严重的时候卡个两三分钟都没有反应。

查看文件 opt-script/script/sh_ss_tproxy.sh 里面共有3个 raw.githubusercontent.com 链接，其中两个都提供了 cdn.jsdelivr.net 下载地址。唯独剩下 koolshare 没有提供额外的下载地址。

根据其他文件的 cdn.jsdelivr.net 下载地址可以推导出 koolshare 下载地址

每次更新扩展脚本 /etc/storage/script/sh_ss_tproxy.sh 文件都会被覆写。尤其是固件更新重启后。
