PNG format issue

Good day everyone!!

I have been having this issue for over a week now where I am uploading PNG files of my art...it mints fine but once I click on creations they pop up with white backgrounds....once you click on the actual objkt it loads fine....

I have tried all kinds of methods to try and resolve this....to begin I minted 4 objkts already with no issues and my method has not changed by any means...

methods I have tried are:
minting on different browsers
trying different versions of the software
using photoshop to export the file and save to web

none of the above works... I cannot provide a screenshot because I burned the piece already.
I really hope someone can help me as this is preventing me from listing any art on hicetnunc. :(

Hey, its hard to see wwhat you're talking about. Can you please send objkt numbers and profile link?

Hi I am back.... so here is my page of the creations....you can see the most recent image has a white background: https://www.hicetnunc.xyz/Fractura/creations once you click the actual image it looks normal....transparent background....I have tried everything I think to find a fix but nothing. I hope you can help....thank you!

Can I please get a response? This issue is really hindering my project on this platform... I've been waiting patiently to try to figure out how to resolve this... :(
