• changelog/release notes should link to the upgrade / breaking changes guide
• Discuss: Time to go ESM only? (for NPM highlight.js package) #3527
• remove vuePlugin from developer tool
• Discuss: Any changes to common subset for 2022 / v12? #3526
• classNameAliases => scopeAliases
• directory styles => themes
• Chore: (v12) turn on HTMLInjection errors by default #3528
• Our default themes (both light and dark) should be WCAG AA accessible re: contrast
• Revisit [Enhancement request] Allow importing named language imports #3470 and the idea of a index to make importing multiples languages easier
• (themes) "faded" comments should be optional, not default. #3483
