WARP WARS
You are the captian of the dreadnought Atlantic,
travelling in convoy with five sister ships. Suddenly,
alarm bells ring as you notice one of your convoy
being torn apart by the awesome Planes of Dissimilation!
Quickly you scan nearby space and locate the interloper--
a Stilleto-class enemy 'Plaer' warship. Obviously armed
with Planes of Dissimilation, the Plaer has pierced space
into the midst of your convoy.
Your job (and you now have no choice but to accept
it) is to destroy the interloper before he dissimilates
your entire convoy.

You may assign a separate set of orders to each of
your six ships. Each set of orders contains TWIRL commands,
structured status tests, and subroutine linkages. The TWIRL
command allows you to specify any mix of speeds, thrusters,
and attitude control. The structured tests (DOUNTIL, IF,
ELSE), together with over ten status codes, allow dynamic
updates to the TWIRL commands.
A test system is now available to run your attack/
defend strategies against a lone intelligent Plaer. Various
types of competition against other captians are being
developed. Suggestions welcome. Interested? See GregR.
