Send homekit device to MQTT

Hello,

Is it possible to send device from homebridge to an MQTT server ?

Example :
I'm using Jeedom ( domotic server ) but doesn't work with the new API of Nest.
I have added Nest thermostat to homebridge and I want to "send" it to Jeedom using MQTT.

Is it possible with your plugin ?
