Add a "maybe"/"easy fix" result state

It would be nice to have a third state separately from success and failure that signals that all code offenses are easy fixes that can be done without changes to the logic of the code and adding/removing dependencies.

This should be merely a cosmetic change in the CLI output, and still count as a failure for CI purposes.
