When Hola loads MKV files o AVI files never start streaming

When I use Hola to play and AVI or MKV File . The player start the download and after a few loading time throw the message: "Opening Hola Streaming to Play AVI/MKV File".

Then Hola browser opens, but it continues loading and opening different tabs and never ends.

I try several ways and do no get a solution
