Introduce kotlin strategy for axon-messaging/avro-serializer

With 4.11.0 of axon framework, avro will become a supported serialization format.
Kotlin support should be added by introducing an AvroSerializerStrategy and adding it to the builder-configuration.

Note: currently only available when 4.11.0-SNAPSHOT is build locally from feature branch.
