Insteon: Syncing Links with Remotelincs #84

Syncing links to remotelincs times out with I1, should use I2. If not, retry count should be very high so that user can watch logs and put the remotelinc back in pairing mode when it drops out of it in the middle of a sync.

This can be closed, syncing will use i2 for i2 capable devices now.
