Add link to UI Guide from UI

With lumen-ai a UI is provided. I do believe many users would not understand this UI. And its not clear where to get this understanding. I believe it would help users with a link to the UI User guide.

The first issue is seen when uploading a file.

It might not be clear to the user that he/ she should shift their attention to the green button and click it because there are so many other buttons and colors.

I was thinking the ChatInterface should be the only thing on the screen initially until an exploration is created. Or else, as you mention, it can be confusing.

I think reducing the surface area initially would make a lot of sense.
