Lock Pro „open door“ gone

The problem

Up until today I had three lock status options on the SwitchBot lock pro on a latch lock door:
Locked
Unlocked
Open door

The open door was gone this morning and my automation to unlock (but not open) the door on workdays (so I can just walk out) opened the door.
When I noticed I checked the device in the integration and the open door button was indeed gone.
Testet it, and unlocking opens the door now.

Rebootet the lock, rebootet Homeassistant, recalibrated the lock.
Updated the lock from 1.8 to 1.9.

Nothing helped, lock still not able to unlock without opening the door.

Sorry, closed by accident.

I deleted and readded the lock from Homeassistant but the issue persists.

Same problem; unlocking is not working (it is sending some command - you can hear the lock for short doing something)
locking is working
last working 2024.7.3 - i did the update to 2024.8.2, since then it isn't working anymore
if you need something to test, let me know

with the option: action: lock.open its unlocking...

Just got this lock today and also cannot see the expected latch 'open' option. (latest everything)
