Any chance of revitalizing #715? I saw the WebSocket API was eventually introduced. Seems like syncing areas/accessories would lay a nice foundation for syncing scenes, as well. |

I was thinking the other day about how HomeAssistant scenes are handled in HomeKit. Currently, we can expose them as switches. The more I thought about it, it seems like the iOS companion app would be an awesome place to setup proper scenes in HomeKit. I was thinking we could add a button in the settings part of the app, grouped with the Location and Notifications buttons that says something like "Sync HomeKit Scenes," which would display a modal VC and would let the user preview the changes the app would make to their HomeKit scenes. Basically it would either modify or add scenes by looking at the existing scenes there. If they have a scene with the same name, we would only edit the existing scene by adding or removing devices with the same entity_ids inside HomeAssistant that are also exposed to HomeKit.
