[Bug]: No video shown at Homekit for Camera Eufy 4LTE S330

What happened?

Hello,
I installed a Eufy 4LTE S330 via Eufy App. The Camera has no RTSP.
The Homekit PlugIn is installed to, using the 2FA.
I just waited 24 hours to make it run.
The camera is shown there, but there are no video options to configure.
In Homekit i can see the Parameters for action (home;away; night; OFF) and the camera, but camera with „this device is not supported“.
There is no Video shown.

The logs are listed below.

Is the camera supported by the PlugIn?
What can I do?

Hello, I have just looked through all the support pages. But there is still no indication of what to do and where the obstacle is that the camera is not displayed in Apple Home. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you very much for your support

Add on:

1. i use an eufy Indoor Cam Pan&Tilt which works perfekt
2. The camera is shown at Apple Homekit for the Home / Away status, but no video.
   This means, that the PlugIn has access to the Eufy camera - but no video is shown.
   There is a tile for the camera which has the status "this device is actually no supported by apple home"
3. At the Edit page of the PlugIn for the 4LTE S330 Camera there is no section where I can setup the camera. There is no section following the part "Enable Device at Apple HomeKit" - it just does not exist.
   Any help appreciated - Thanks
