Music control external controls stop working

The music controls events (like music-controls-media-button) stop working once another app is opened that utilizes those controls (like YouTube). For them to work again, the cordova app must be closed and reopened. This should be fixed, as it can cause a major inconvenience for users in apps that use this plugin.
