hoobs is in a restart loop after update

After doing an update hoobs is in restart loop.

Most recent version that was offered and the same that is provided by fixing script.

Additional context
Already tried the fix script several times. If I start hoobs from the command line it starts and is accessible but without my existing config.

The folder that is said to not exist is there:
