This is a ganache-core bug, and it's tracked here.

We are handling it by creating this file in our projects' src folder, it's important to note that when hopr-ethereum is a dependency, this file needs to be created as well.

bug may be fixed in this PR

no new release yet, currently the fix is included in v2.11.0-beta.0

@jjperezaguinaga shall we move this issue to a different sprint?
