What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open preferences->Layout->Edit or Add item
2. Change or set size to non-int number such as 9.5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Resolution is poor with only int, change scale or introduce float.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

In EditLayout Dialog

FontDialog can be used.
Then we can get read of the other property editors:
Font Name, Font Style, Font Weight and Font Size, Font Color.

New font dialog will not affect size? Would you suggest to use a float is input?
