Issue with applying job

After job creation in hr portal in horilla version 1.2.1. Trying to apply through the link.

After submission of the from getting this error.

There is some issues with your media directory. By default there should be folders automatically present in your media directory as given below.

Did you change the media directory inside the settings.py file?

No I did not change anything. Can you please provide any documentation according to this project setup.
