I believe that this is an own goal for Circle.

When one try to decentralize assets then traditional finance starts to hate you and make you unpleasant in the eyes of society.

My first stablecoin choise is USDD on Tron because it is collateralized with decentralized, not institutional, not companies held, digital assets.
No KYC, no AML, not seizable, no questions.

In my opinion money is a right. Like the oxygen in the air. You cannot seizing it for any reason.
And this purpose is incompatible with Circle targets.

For them, one thing works if it can be seized, if it can be frozen according to their free will. And when you do not bend to their demands, then you are not good, you are dishonest, dangerous.
