Installing the arc-gtk-theme package in a fresh install of Arch linux, with Xfce has one annoying issue: Using the normal (light, as in non-dark) theme, the panel has a black background, and an almost white colour over things that I hover over. Unfortunately this latter colour matches the text colour perfectly, so hovering over the clock, an application name or the user name makes it "disappear".
I'd suggest, as an enhancement, to use something similar for the hover as in the dark themes.
