Recently iD added support for notes in the editor (openstreetmap/iD#5107).

I believe it to be a good idea to activate this notes layer as a default for all HOTOSM mapping.

The advantage would be: Mappers can comment on the map directly without switching to the comment section in the tasks manager.

Example: In this map I left a comment that is important for future mapping that was out of scope for this task.

However, this will not be visible for other mappers unless they manually activate the notes layer in iD which is not described in the Tasks-Description and which is not done automatically via the URL.

I feel that it's difficult to understand and not very useful for beginner users.
