Create organization stats page.

URL: /manage/organisations/<id>/stats/

Content:

• Sessions bar chart allowing to define start and end dates (depends on Create tasks stats endpoint #4011)
  • Show number of mapping and validation actions on each day, week or month inside the filter period
• Project stats (number of projects published, draft and archived)
• Number of remaining mapping and validation actions to complete published projects
• Current usage tier level
• Alert of tier level change
